Using radio signals to measure biometric information is very useful because it ensures activity. Using the Doppler radar signal, it is possible to detect a weak bio-signal, but there is a problem that a lot of noise is generated and the accuracy is low. In this paper, we propose a method of measuring bio-signals using sum of spectral components to solve this problem. Experimental results show that a lot of noise is generated and an inaccurate biological signal is received as a result of FFT of a bio-signal at a sampling interval. However, the continuous addition of the spectral components of the FFT signal is accurate and stable.
